Refund Policy

14-day free trial

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No card is required to start, so you won't be charged unless you choose to subscribe.

Cancel any time

You can cancel from Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

When we issue refunds

• Monthly plans: charges are non-refundable. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid the next charge.
• Annual plans: if you cancel within 7 days of the initial charge, email support@prep.tax and we'll issue a full refund.
• Duplicate charges or billing errors: always refunded — just email us.
• Service outage: if we have a sustained outage that prevents you from using the Service, we'll pro-rate a credit or refund.
• Statutory rights: nothing in this policy overrides refund rights granted by your local consumer-protection laws.

How to request a refund

Email support@prep.tax from the address on your account. Please include the date of the charge. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Add-ons

Optional add-ons (e.g. the Resellers COGS module) follow the same terms as the underlying plan.
